Please carefully review these booking conditions as they constitute the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and the relevant service providers involved in the transport or any other service you have booked. Coco-Moola is a website owned, managed, and operated by Coco-Moola Limited.

For all bookings made through Coco-Moola or its customer service call center, these booking conditions apply universally to residents of any country, including but not limited to the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, France, and Canada.

Coco-Moola acts solely as an agent to the relevant service providers (referred to as the supplier and the Principal). The name and contact information of the relevant service provider will be available on the Coco-Moola booking voucher.]

As an agent in respect to all bookings made with the relevant service providers or their agents for accommodation, transport, or any other services, the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider will prevail over our terms and conditions in cases of conflicting terms. More details regarding this matter are outlined in clauses 11 and 12 below.

The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Travel Regulations 1992 ("Package Travel Regulations 1992") and the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organizers’ Licensing) Regulations 1995, Amended 2003 ("ATOL Regulations") do not apply to bookings made with us, as each booking is considered a separate booking and not a package.

Coco-Moola does not represent or warrant that the information and terms and conditions on this site are appropriate and/or available for use in other jurisdictions where their contents may be unlawful and/or prohibited. You may only use the Coco-Moola website for lawful purposes and in accordance with the stated terms and conditions and website terms of use.

By making the booking, the person responsible for the booking is deemed to have accepted these booking conditions on behalf of all individuals named in the booking. A binding contract between you and the relevant service provider is established when we send your invoice on behalf of the relevant service provider or their agent, and the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider or their agent will then apply.

Specific Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices and Price Changes: Coco-Moola and the relevant service provider reserve the right to change, amend, or correct prices shown on our site at any time before or after you have booked. In case the price of your booking changes, we will inform you of the details as soon as possible.

2. Changes Made to Your Booking by Us: We will inform you of any significant changes to your arrangements made by us or the relevant service providers. If you do not wish to accept the change, the relevant service providers may offer you an alternative arrangement with an alteration in price, or the booking will be subject to cancellation policies mentioned on our website.

3. Circumstances Beyond Our or Our Supplier's Control: We and the relevant service providers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of any kind due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes, and bad weather situations or forecasts.

4. If You Have a Complaint: If you have a cause for complaint during your trip, please notify the relevant service provider immediately so that appropriate action can be taken. Complaints must also be notified to the Coco-Moola Customer Services Department at your earliest opportunity. We provide assistance to resolve complaints in our capacity as an agent only.

5. Prices and Payment: Prices are per person, unless otherwise specified, and include VAT and local taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the local tariffs at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

6. Special Requests: Please inform us of any special requests for services or facilities not included in your booking at the time of making the reservation. While we will try to accommodate your request, please note that such requests cannot be guaranteed.

7. Changes Requested After Booking but Before Consumption: Changes to a confirmed booking are generally not possible unless the original booking is cancelled, and a new booking is made. Cancellation charges will apply as per the relevant policies.

8. Cancellation by You: If you decide to cancel your confirmed bookings, your credit card will be credited with the appropriate amount as per the applicable cancellation policy. Please refer to the product details page on our website for specific cancellation charges.

9. Passports/Visas and Health Requirements: It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate authorities about any visa and immigration requirements. We will not accept responsibility if you or any passenger travels without the correct passport, visa, health insurance, or any other immigration requirement.

10. Information Accuracy: We and our suppliers regularly review all details about the travel products offered to ensure accuracy. Please note that all duration times given are approximate.

11. Our Liability to You: As a booking agent, we have no liability of any kind for any death, personal injury, loss, consequential loss, or damage you may suffer unless caused by our own negligence.

12. Supplier's Conditions: You are bound by the booking conditions of the relevant service provider and conditions of carriage, where applicable, and these conditions apply to your contract with us. In case of any conflict between the conditions of the relevant service provider and our own, the relevant service provider's conditions will prevail if they are valid and enforceable. The relevant service provider's conditions may limit or exclude their and our liability to you and may be subject to international conventions.

13. Travel Insurance: It is a condition of our contract with you that you and all members of your party have suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover your journey.

14. Travel Vouchers: Coco-Moola will provide soft copies of vouchers relevant to each booking. Each product has a separate voucher, and it is your responsibility to print out all relevant vouchers and present them to the relevant service providers when redeeming the services.

15. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for your and your party's actions. We or our suppliers may end your booked arrangements immediately if we believe your actions could cause danger, upset, or annoyance to others. You are responsible for your personal safety and must comply with the health and safety rules stipulated by the relevant service provider or the facility or by appropriate government authorities.

16. Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify Coco-Moola, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties, or other costs or expenses brought by you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein.
